Providence always hosted a ladies tea in December and I was never able to attend, but was glad for the opportunity to co-host a table in D.C. this year! We had a wonderful afternoon and were especially blessed to hear the testimony of a fellow church member urging us to trust that God is faithful in the midst of suffering and has promised a certain hope for us in sending Christ.
Jenni and I hosted a table together! Thanks to her mom's generous gift of 'Spode' Christmas dishes over the years, we had a really lovely table.
Newly married, Sarah Brown joined our table for some tea and delicious scones, sandwhiches, and goodies.
